More About Grandview Corners Real Estate

Originally developed as a logging community, for most of the 1900’s Grandview Corners remained sparsely populated and largely agricultural. Residential and commercial developments started in 2008 East of Highway 99 at around 160 Street and 24 Avenue.

Grandview Corners South Surrey makes up approximately two thirds of the designated urban growth in South Surrey, east of Highway 99. The master plan for this community calls for a mix of residential and commercial development, community facilities, schools, parks, pathways and protected natural areas. The goal of the commercial space and community amenities is to develop the area as a complete community. Currently, families with children are served by Elgin Park Secondary School and Sunnyside Elementary School.

Morgan Crossing is leading the way in this development with 29 acres featuring over 450 condominium style homes, and extensive retail-commercial space, all designed with an European Village theme. Morgan Crossing will eventually include over 60 retail-commercial services, making it unnecessary for residents to get in their car to meet most of their shopping and service needs.
